Jason Langhoff brings over 15 years of leadership experience across HR technology and insurance, with prior roles at TriNet, Justworks, and Oyster. As founder of Presidio Labs, he shaped Navwise’s strategy before stepping in as CEO to lead its next stage of growth. A repeat founder in HR and benefits technology, Jason has built partnerships and products that scaled distribution and supported IPOs. At Navwise, he drives the mission to deliver decision-intelligence infrastructure for SMB health benefits.
Garrett Viggers
Chief Evangelist & Co-Founder
Garrett Viggers is a benefits technology entrepreneur with more than 20 years of industry experience. He co-founded Limelight Health, scaling the insurtech startup before its $75M acquisition by FINEOS. At Navwise, Garrett leads evangelism and market development, helping partners adopt block-level automation and funding-model insights to strengthen renewals, drive growth, and improve placement confidence.
